YKE95100 is a spiral bevel gear roll testing machine (universal type) for testing of spiral bevel gearsets with ∑=90°shaft angle (or spiral bevel gearsets with ∑= 45° ～ 180°shaft angle,option).Roll checks for gears reflects the transmission stability、noise、tooth contact、surface roughness、radial run-out and pith error of gear sets.
Machine Features:
1、Horizontal structure, each linear axis adopts stepping motor with ball screw drive,loaded backing device adopts magneticparticle brake, Y-axis equipped with balance device and interlocking device.The machine has high-rigid and high-stability;
2、Equipped with linear scale and digital meter on each linear axis to diplay coordnate in real time,easy of operation;
3、Random software to simplify the calculating prperations of non-orthogonal sipral bevel gearset testing (option).
