YKF2560 is a 5-axis CNC spiral bevel gear lapping machine for full-automatic lapping of spiral bevel and hypoid gears with 90°shaft angle.After lapping, slight deformation caused by process and heat treatment can be modified, and achieve higher tooth contact accuracy, noise reduction, vibration decrease,improve the transmisiion efficiency and use life.The face roughness reaches Ra0.8, and transmission noise is reduced more than 3~8dB.
Machine Features:
1、Horizontal structure,gear and pinion spinldes adopt high-rigid motorized spinlde directly driven by big torque motor, X、Z linear axes adopt direct drive servo motor, Y linear axis adopts direct drive servo motor and precise reducer.
2、The machine has compact structure、high-rigid、stable performance、steady transmission and quick-response;centrifugalpump with continuity supply and low failure rate;
3、Independent HLS Lapping Control software,and makes setup and operation easy and intuitive.
